2) You should use the CFT who is "closest to you" in the team above you. If this CFT is not available when you need to have an appointment, still reach out to them to see if they might be able to work things out. Your CFT is your lifeline to success!

To become a CFT, normally, 1) become a Director, 2) work with your ED to get the required "on the job" training, but also getting access to a new CFT certification course that is required for becoming (and staying) a CFT.

Kevin Foster has been in financial services for over 30 years, having served as a financial advisor, insurance agent, credit repair specialist, and now as an "interest cancellation specialist." Kevin has been a top leader in UFF for over 3 years, has paid off his own 20-year mortgage in just 2.3 years with our Money Max program, and has tremendous experience and an uncanny ability to clearly explain the MMA. Kevin's ED was recently recognized as the top sales team with the highest production in the whole company!

Sandy Northup

Sandy Northup has risen through the leadership ranks of UFF with unbelievable speed and is now an Executive Director, and is recognized as one of the top CFT trainers and team leaders in the company. She is often called upon by corporate leaders to give her testimony and perspective. Sandy and her husband, Paul Northup, also assist with the wealth-building part of UFF. Dr. Greg Sanders

Dr. Greg Sanders has a PhD in sociology with a 30-year university teaching career, is a local pastor and musician, and owns two technology companies. He first saw Money Max in November, 2024, when he had 26 years left to pay on a 30-year mortgage. The MMA platform reduced that to only 5.8 years! He now spends much of his time demonstrating the MMA platform to others. Dr. Greg achieved the rank of Director in December, 2024, his first full month with UFF. He is now a Managing Director.

Get acquainted with Dr. Greg, and use him when you need an energetic but patient teacher to do your demo!

Marti Barthauer
