2) You should use the CFT who is "closest to you" in the team above you. If this CFT is not available when you need to have an appointment, still reach out to them to see if they might be able to work things out. Your CFT is your lifeline to success!

To become a CFT, normally, 1) become a Director, 2) work with your ED to get the required "on the job" training, but also getting access to a new CFT certification course that is required for becoming (and staying) a CFT.

Kevin Foster has been in financial services for over 30 years, having served as a financial advisor, insurance agent, credit repair specialist, and now as an "interest cancellation specialist." Sandy Northup

Sandy Northup has risen through the leadership ranks of UFF with unbelievable speed and is now an Executive Director, and is recognized as one of the top CFT trainers and team leaders in the company. She is often called upon by corporate leaders to give her testimony and perspective. Sandy and her husband, Paul Northup, also assist with the wealth-building part of UFF. Dr. Greg Sanders has a PhD in sociology with a 30-year university teaching career, is a local pastor and musician, and is the founder of Max Life America, Debt Free America, and MAXR 360. He first saw Money Max in November, 2024, and it's helping him shorten 26 years of payments to just 3.5 years! He now loves to show the MMA platform to others. Dr. Greg has his own unique style of explaining the MMA and the MMA PRO wealth builder, and has a great UFW team - Max Life America. He is currently an Executive Director.
